• SM1 – Trace transactions through a flow✓
• SM3 – Give alerts when a transaction failures, where it is, why in happened, and who's affected✓
• DR1 – Reconcile changes to LQA and PML databases on a given day✓
• DR2 – Identify transactions in LQA but not PML, and vise versa✓
• DR3 – Identify instances where data fields do not match between LQA & PML✓
• OI1 – Learn transaction volumes in process flow and highlight when volumes fall outside a specific range ✓
• OI2 – Create technical baselines for applications✓
• OI4 – Show access methods of a customer and cycles times for each✓
